Click Add Scheduling Notes to add extra information about the scheduling preferences for the agreement.

Use the Remaining Visits list to see details about upcoming visits. If a job is ready to book, click Book Job under the Job # or use the Actions menu.

If the work for a visit was already completed on a job that exists, click Actions > Attach to Existing Job and select the job. This credits the visit to that job instead of booking a duplicate one. For more, see Attach service agreement visits to existing jobs.

Note: A job that is already linked to a service agreement as Pull-Through Work can't also fulfill a visit, so it isn't available to attach.

If you no longer need a visit, click Actions > Dismiss Visit.

Note: If a visit is associated with a job, it can't be dismissed.

Coming ST-80:

If you need to delete a visit, click Actions > Delete Visit.

Tip: Dismiss versus Delete

  • If you are not performing a visit that was committed to, but you don't want to alter the agreement or price that the customer pays for the service agreement, you should dismiss the visit. This marks the visit as complete, recognizes the revenue, and doesn't alter the scope of work.

    Coming ST-80:

On a Time of Service agreement set to Immediate revenue recognition, it also generates an invoice.

  • If you want to alter the agreed-upon visit schedule, you should delete the visit. This completely removes the visit from the agreement and alters the scope of work. Deleting a visit allows you to alter the active agreement without needing to cancel it and create a new agreement for the customer.

If you need to remove a visit from a job, click Actions > Detach job.

Note: You can't detach a visit from a completed job.

The Billing Status section shows the amount billed, the remaining amount to be billed, the billing schedule, and the next billing date.

Coming ST-80:
