Overview
The Rollup (Modular) Dashboard provides enterprise users with a consolidated, cross-tenant view of real-time business, call, CSR, and revenue performance metrics enabling leaders to monitor KPIs, analyze trends, and compare performance across business units and networks in one centralized workspace.
From the Modular Dashboard, you can:
Get instant daily sales and revenue metrics
Review revenue trends for the past 18 months
Track and visualize technician and CSR performance
Monitor call and booking rates by CSR and marketing campaign
Match dashboard key performance indicators (KPIs) directly with your reports
See job and revenue details on the interactive Heat Map
Use the dashboard as a leaderboard for technicians and CSRs
Aggregate data across tenants

Things to know
By default, the Modular Dashboard shows metrics for all networks on the current day for all your business units (BUs) regardless of trade or division. You can filter the dashboard for specific dates, BUs, and networks.
There may be slight differences between the data displayed in Rollup Dashboards compared to the data in a single tenant dashboard due to the time zone differences between Enterprise Hub and the single tenant. Data displayed in Rollup Dashboards are set to the Enterprise Hub user’s time zone.
For example, the Enterprise Hub user is located in Eastern Standard Time (EST) but the tenant is located in Central Standard Time (CST). The data displayed in Rollup Dashboards are shown in EST.
Aggregate data across tenants
In some of the dashboard modules, you can use the Aggregate Across tenants toggle to see aggregated results across all tenants.

Once aggregated, each employee’s data displays in one entry with labels to indicate the tenant(s) the data is from.

Rollup Dashboard Business Metrics
When you open the Modular Dashboard, the top section shows a snapshot of the day’s business metrics including revenue trends, sales numbers, booking and conversion rates, and other key performance indicators (KPIs) from the networks you selected.

Rollup Dashboard Call Metrics
The Call Metrics section of the Modular Dashboard displays your call booking rate across all selected networks and lets you review calls dated within the dashboard reporting range.

Each entry on the dashboard includes a label to indicate which tenant the call is from.

Rollup Dashboard CSR Metrics
The CSR Metrics section of the Modular Dashboard reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) for your call center team across all selected networks. Charts offer visual measures of team performance or you can click the Agent Scorecards to view call metrics for individual employees.

Each entry on the dashboard includes a label to indicate which tenant the agent is from.

Clicking on a CSR opens the CSR Metrics dashboard for the tenant the CSR is from in a new tab.

Rollup Dashboard Heat Map
The Modular Dashboard’s Heat Map displays a color-coded map showing revenue amounts and job counts by ZIP code for the areas you serve across the selected networks. Click a zone to view a list of jobs for that ZIP code.

Each job on the heat map includes a label to show which tenant the customer is from.
