Confirm the issue is with tracking numbers and not your forwarding number.
Note: Since ServiceTitan Basic Phones integration transfers the calls to your forwarding number, any issues with the forwarding number are reflected in ServiceTitan's software as well.
Place a test call to your forwarding number
If the call disconnects, the problem lies with your forwarding number. Reach out to your phone provider to investigate and resolve the issue from their end.
If the call is successful, continue troubleshooting.

If the call is successful, the issue might be resolved. Monitor the calls and if the issue persists, collect three call examples and reach out to ServiceTitan Technical Support for further assistance.
