Request customer reviews from a job on ServiceTitan Mobile

Overview

In the ServiceTitan Mobile app, you can view customer reviews on the job record. You can also send a review request to the customer directly from the job in the mobile app if there is a manual trigger survey created from the office. Giving technicians the ability to get on-the-spot reviews for the job increases the likelihood of customers submitting a review for the job and makes it easier to match a technician to a review.

Feature configuration

  • To get started with Marketing Pro Reputation, request a demo on our Pro Products page, or reach out to your Customer Success Manager (CSM) or Pro Account Manager (PAM).

  • Account configuration is required to use this feature. Please contact Technical Support for details.

Things to know

  • You can send review requests to customers from the job in the mobile app only if the employees in the office created a manual trigger survey.

Request reviews

To request a customer review from the mobile app:

  1. From the Dashboard, tap View Current JobDashboard overview showing job details, time, address, and potential member tag.

  2. In the Review section, tap Request ReviewDashboard view showing job details and a button to request a review.        

    Note: If the review request is already sent, Request Review is inactive.

View reviews

To view a customer review from the mobile app:

  1. From the Dashboard, tap View Current Job.

  2. On the Job page, scroll down to the Review section to see the reviews for this job. Review section displaying customer feedback and ratings for MerchantCircle service.
