Problem
As the technician selected Perform work later instead of Perform work now, the payment is duplicated on the estimate.
Solution
Book a job
As the technician selected Perform work later instead of Perform work now, it is recommended to book a new job with that estimate.
Note: When you book a new job, it is recommended to turn off customer's notifications.
In ServiceTitan, go to the navigation bar and click Search.
Select the job that has an issue. The Job screen opens.
In the Estimates field, select the Estimate on which the payment is duplicated. The Estimate screen opens.

In the Task section, select the Check all box.
Click Book new job. The Booking screen opens.
Note: The system will automatically generate an invoice for the new job.
Click Book job. The Job screen opens.
Go to the customer profile.
Click
More. 
Select Collect Payments.
Select the Credits box.
In the Apply to Invoice section, select the invoice you want to apply.

Click Save.
Go back to the new job.
From the Job Actions dropdown, click Cancel.
