# Record sales conversations with Field Pro in the ServiceTitan Field Mobile App

## Overview

With [Field Pro](/roofing/docs/field-pro-home), you can record sales conversations directly in the Field Mobile App. This allows you to use a key Field Pro feature without needing to switch to the Field Pro app.

- Primarily benefits Plumbing, HVAC, Garage, Electrical, and Roofing/Exterior trades

#### Feature configuration

- The Field Mobile App is optimized for iOS, iPadOS, and Android phones and tablets. For more, see [System requirements and mobile app information](/v1/docs/system-requirements).
- If you're using the Field Mobile App and need support, please contact [Technical Support](http://go.servicetitan.com/ask) (through the office) or reach out directly to [support@servicetitan.com](mailto:support@servicetitan.com).
- Account configuration and [office setup](/roofing/docs/manage-field-pro-settings-for-technicians) is required to use this feature. Please contact your office for details.
- The *View Field Pro* permission is required to use this feature. Please contact the account administrator on your team.

## Things to know

- Depending on your office's configuration, *Cancel, Stop,* or *Pause* actions may be disabled. Confirm with your office as to how they’d like you to use sales recordings on jobs.

## Record sales conversations in the Field Mobile App

1. Open your current job and tap **Arrive**.
  - If recording consent is required, tap the blue bar to consent.   - If consent is not required, the recording starts immediately.

2. After you end the recording, it’s saved to the job automatically.

> **Note:** If you’re offline, the recording will sync with the office when you’re back online.
