Problem

Quickbooks Desktop freezes when switching from single-user to multi-user mode.

Solution

  1. Close Quickbooks Desktop.

  2. Close the ServiceTitan Web Connector.

  3. Reopen Quickbooks Desktop in multi-user mode.

  4. Switch to single-user mode.

  5. Reopen the ServiceTitan Web Connector.

  6. If Quickbooks Desktop continues to freeze, contact Quickbooks support team for further assistance.
