Overview
This report generates a list of purchase orders. The report includes purchase orders (POs) attached to jobs, and non-job purchase orders. Data is based on purchase order creation dates.
Use this report to view PO number, creation date of the purchase order, schedule date of the job, technician, job number, invoice number, customer, amount of the invoice, and PO description.

How to find this report
Click Reports in the main navigation menu.
On the Reports screen that opens, click Legacy Reports.
In the Search field, search for Purchase Orders.
Click the report name. Then you will be able to set filters and run the report.
Tip: You can also schedule the report by clicking Schedule next to the report name
Report filters

Technician
Filter by the technician associated with the PO.
Vendor
Filter by vendor.
Business Unit
Filter by business unit of the PO. This report can be run by a single business unit or all business units.
Date Range
Filter by date range. Use the From and To fields to set a custom date range. Date range corresponds to the PO creation date.
Note: Data in this report is based on purchase order creation dates.
View or download the report
Click Update to view the report.

The report can be downloaded in three different formats:
Download PDF
Export to Excel (*.xlsx) (click the dropdown arrow next to Download PDF)
Export to Comma separated (*.csv) (click the dropdown arrow next to Download PDF)

Explanation of report columns

The report includes the following columns:
Issued By | ServiceTitan user who created the purchase order. |

Job # | If the purchase order was created from a job or invoice, this will be the job number. If this is a non-job purchase order, this column will display as Non-job. |
Invoice # | If the purchase order was created from a job or invoice, this will be the invoice number. If this is a non-job purchase order, this column will display as Non-job. |
Customer | If the purchase order was created from a job or invoice, this will be the Bill To customer name. If this is a non-job purchase order, there will be no customer name. |
Amount | Amount of the purchase order.

Description | Purchase order description. This is the description entered in the Summary field when you created the PO. |
