# PowerDialer Home

With PowerDialer, you can automate outbound calls for your customer support representatives (CSRs) to maximize call volume. Elevate the lifetime value of your existing customers by staying connected and engaging customers already in your ServiceTitan database.

### What you need to get started

Start by covering the basics to prepare for PowerDialer.

- Get familiar with [ServiceTitan Marketing Pro](/roofing/docs/overview-using-servicetitan-marketing-pro): PowerDialer and Marketing Pro share the same campaign builder, enabling a campaign to serve both PowerDialer and Marketing Pro interchangeably.
- Learn how to [Create audiences](/roofing/docs/create-audiences): PowerDialer uses audiences to categorize clients according to factors such as ZIP code, estimated status, expiring memberships, and more.
- See how to work with Phones Pro [Embedded Phone](/roofing/docs/manage-embedded-dialer-settings): PowerDialer uses the Embedded Phone to make calls and is only available for Advanced Seat employees using the Embedded Phone.

PowerDialer campaigns require the use of Phones Pro. To get started with Phones Pro, request a demo on our [Pro Products](https://www.servicetitan.com/features/pro) page, or reach out to your Customer Success Manager (CSM) or Pro Account Manager.
