Missing Revenue in Reports

Introduction

Run the Office Activities Report in ServiceTitan and filter for completed jobs. Check if any jobs were reopened, as this can affect revenue calculations. Adjust the report as needed to include all relevant amounts.

Problem

Your revenue report for a specific period is missing an amount.

Solution

Workflow Summary

  1. On the navigation bar, click Report.

  2. In the side menu, click All Reports.

  3. Scroll down to the Operations section and select the Office Activities Report.

  4. Add filter details to narrow your results. For more, see Office Activities Report.

  5. In the report, check if there are any completed jobs that have been reopened.

  6. If there are reopened jobs, this may change the revenue calculations.
