You'll use email templates to quickly add content to your Email Campaigns. Marketing Pro provides email templates ready to use. You can use these templates as is, customize them for your business, or create new email templates from scratch. When creating your email templates, keep the audiences you created in the previous step in mind. --- ### #### Make sure you’re viewing the correct Marketing Pro content This article is for Marketing Pro. If you are using Marketing Pro v2, see [Launch campaigns from the Autopilot Library](/roofing/docs/launch-campaigns-from-the-autopilot-library) for content specific to your experience. You can check your version following these steps: 1. If the side menu under Analytics includes One-Time Campaigns and Automated Campaigns, you're using [Marketing Pro v2](/v1/docs/marketing-pro-v2). Please contact [Technical Support](http://go.servicetitan.com/ask) for details. ## Things to know - Add merge tags to your content to personalize the email experience for your customers. - You can't edit the email templates made by ServiceTitan, but you can edit a cloned ServiceTitan email template. - Email templates created and shared with you in the last 30 days have a New tag. ## Step 1: View available email templates 1. On the *Marketing* screen, click **Email Templates**. 3. Otherwise, go to the next step. ## Step 2: Customize a ServiceTitan template This step is optional. You can skip to the [next step](/roofing/docs/marketing-pro-onboarding-part-3-create-email-templates#step-3-create-a-new-email-template) if you don't need to customize a ServiceTitan template. 1. On the *Marketing* screen, click **Email Templates**. 3. Hover over the ServiceTitan email template you want to customize and click **Clone**. 4. Click **Continue**. 6. When finished, click **Save**. ## Step 3: Create a new email template This step is optional. You can proceed to [Marketing Pro Onboarding Part 4: Create marketing campaigns](/roofing/docs/marketing-pro-onboarding-part-4-create-marketing-campaigns) if you don't need to create a new email template. 1. On the *Marketing* screen, click **Email Templates**. 3. Add a **Name** for the new email template. 5. To preview your template, click the **Actions** dropdown and select **Preview**. When finished, click **Save**.
