Overview
The Recurring Inventory Counts section in Settings helps you to make sure that inventory counts remain accurate by allowing you to:
Manage when recurring inventory counts are generated
Change when a recurring count will end
Update the templates used to generate counts
The Recurring Inventory Counts section is divided into three tabs:

Settings

Edit scheduled templates
Go to the top toolbar and click Settings
.In the side panel, go to Inventory > Recurring Inventory Counts.
In the Manage Schedule Templates tab, select the scheduled template you want to edit.
Click Edit.

On the Edit Scheduled Template screen that opens, you can update:
End Date: Enter the date by which you or your employees want to stop scheduling the inventory count template.
Cadence: Select how frequently you would like to perform this count from the dropdown.

When finished, click Save.
Cancel scheduled templates
In the Manage Schedule Templates tab, you can do one of the following:
Select the scheduled template you want to end, then click Cancel.

Select the scheduled template you want to end, then click Edit. On the Edit Scheduled Template screen that opens, click End Recurring Count.

Tip: To cancel schedule templates in bulk, select the schedule templates you want to cancel, then click Delete.

2. On the verification pop-up that opens, click End Recurring Count.

Edit templates
On the Recurring Inventory Counts screen, click the Templates tab.
Select the template you want to edit, then click Edit.

On the Edit Template screen that opens, you can update:
Inventory Count Template Name: Enter the inventory count name you want.

Items: You can add more items or remove them.
Click Add to add more items, then click the Select an item dropdown and select the item you want to add.
Tip: You can search for an item by its name, code, description, or part number.
Select the item you want to delete from the list, then click Remove.

When finished, click Save.
Deactivate templates
On the Recurring Inventory Counts screen, click the Templates tab, then do one of the following:
Select the template you want to deactivate, then click Cancel.

Select the template you want to deactivate, then click Edit. On the Edit Template screen that opens, click Deactivate.

Tip: To deactivate templates in bulk, select the templates you want to deactivate, then click Delete.

2. On the verification pop-up that opens, click Deactivate.
