Things to know

  • For ServiceTitan accounts, you must register for texting with The Campaign Registry (TCR) before you can submit your Marketing Registration. For more, see Register your business for SMS and MMS delivery.

  • When setting up SMS, choose your brand carefully. You can only configure SMS for one brand at a time. After you configure SMS for a specific brand, you won't be able to configure these settings for any other bands. To maximize coverage, consider configuring SMS for a headquarter brand to cover multiple brands using the same configuration.

  • Your marketing registration can take up to two weeks to be approved. During this time, a Registration in Progress displays on this screen. After your registration is approved, the tag updates to Registered.

  • After your marketing registration is approved, you can begin generating opt-in requests for marketing text messages. For more, see Generate opt-in requests for marketing text messages.

Best practices to ensure your Marketing Registration is approved

To ensure your marketing registration is approved, we recommend following these best practices:

  • Ensure you have an active website with company details, contact information, and descriptions of your services or products. If you don't have a website, a well-established Facebook or Instagram page may be enough.

  • Include a valid privacy policy on your website. This policy should clearly state that personal information will not be shared or sold to third parties for marketing purposes. Not having a compliant privacy policy on your website greatly increases your chances of being declined and having to resubmit your registration.
