Templates can be created by you or ServiceTitan. You can also request a template to be made for you, if the available templates do not meet your marketing needs. --- ### #### Make sure you’re viewing the correct Marketing Pro content This article is for Marketing Pro v2. If you are using Marketing Pro, see [Manage Marketing Pro email templates](/roofing/docs/manage-marketing-pro-email-templates) for content specific to your experience. You can check your version following these steps: 1. You can filter by: - **Template Type:** Show templates created by you, ServiceTitan, or both. - **Featured:** Show templates you've marked as a favorite, are new, or have been used in recent campaigns. - **Tags:** Show templates you've tagged. - **Campaign type:** Show templates by campaign type. Campaign types include unsold estimates, membership reminders, equipment service check-in, and more. - **Trades:** Show templates for one or more trades. - **Search templates:** Search by name, who created it, campaign type, or trade. - **Sort templates:** Sort by most recent, alphabetical, or most used template. ## Email Templates Actions Hover over a template to see the main actions you can take. Depending on the status of the email template, you can [edit](/v1/docs/manage-marketing-pro-email-templates#edit-an-email-template), [preview](/v1/docs/manage-marketing-pro-email-templates#preview-an-email-template), [clone](/v1/docs/manage-marketing-pro-email-templates#clone-an-email-template), or [archive](/v1/docs/manage-marketing-pro-email-templates#archive-email-templates) a template. You can also add an email template to your favorites list. ## View email templates 1. In the side menu, go to **Campaigns > Email Templates**. 3. In the side menu, go to **Campaigns > Email Templates**. 3. Edit the template as needed. 5. When finished, click **Save**. ## Clone an email template If you have an email template that works well, you can clone it and use it for other campaigns. You can clone public email templates and templates you created. To clone an email template: 1. In the side menu, go to **Campaigns > Email Templates**. 3. In the *Clone Template* pop-up that opens, enter a **Name** and select a **Campaign Type** for the cloned campaign. 5. Edit the cloned template as needed. 7. When finished, click **Save**. ## Preview an email template 1. Go to the navigation bar and click **Marketing ![](https://cdn.document360.io/961862ab-d0f2-4d91-bb62-a62ee8184eff/Images/Documentation/manage-marketing-pro-email-templates-image-p6gh19jk.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-11-01T19%3A55%3A02Z&se=2026-11-01T20%3A55%3A02Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=uJ2x8VSVEXzCHVoe6U43I55YmCxH3WGuqZvlYCg8zGM%3D)**. 2. In the side menu, go to **Campaigns > Email Templates**. 3. Click **Preview** for the email template you want to preview. - If you're using the *Card View* mode, hover over the template and click **Preview**. - If you're using the *List View* mode, click **Edit** for the template and then click **Actions > Preview**. 4. You can archive public email templates and templates you created. To archive an email template: 1. In the side menu, go to **Campaigns > Email Templates**. 3. On the confirmation window that opens, click **Confirm**. ## Unarchive email templates You can unarchive an email template to restore it to your dashboard and allow your team to use it. You can unarchive public email templates and templates created by you. 1. In the side menu, go to **Campaigns > Email Templates**. 3.
