If you are using Marketing Pro, see [Manage Marketing Campaigns](/roofing/docs/manage-marketing-campaigns) for content specific to your experience. You can check your version following these steps: 1. Click **Create Campaign** **>** **Pro Campaign** or **Tracking Campaign**. In the side menu, click **Campaigns > Campaign Manager**. 3. Click the **Tracking Campaigns** tab if you want to edit a tracking campaign. Otherwise, skip to the next step. 4. You cannot edit a campaign if: - The campaign is finished or stopped. In this case, you can clone and then edit it. For more, see [Clone campaigns](/roofing/docs/manage-marketing-pro-campaigns#clone-campaigns). - The campaign is scheduled. In this case, you should revert the campaign to draft and then make the updates. 5. Make your updates to the campaign. 6. When finished, save your changes: - For Pro campaigns, click **Finish Later** or **Schedule Campaign**. - For tracking campaigns, click **Save**. ## Edit campaign content You can update the content for campaigns you created. To edit the different steps of your campaign content: 1. In the side menu, go to **Campaigns > Campaign Manager**. 3. Update the content. 6. When finished, click **Save & Continue**. ## Clone campaigns If a campaign is working well, you can clone it to use in other places or as a template for future campaigns. Only Pro campaigns can be cloned. Tracking campaigns can't be cloned. > [!NOTE] > **Note:** When you clone a campaign, the options selected when creating the original content are saved. To clone a campaign: 1. In the side menu, go to **Campaigns > Campaign Manager**. 3. To archive a campaign: 1. In the side menu, go to **Campaigns > Campaign Manager**. 3. On the confirmation pop-up that opens, click **Confirm**. ## Unarchive campaigns You can unarchive campaigns to restore them to the dashboard and make them usable for your team again. 1. In the side menu, go to **Campaigns > Campaign Manager**. 3. Go to the navigation bar and click **Marketing**. 2. In the side menu, go to **Campaigns > Campaign Manager**. 3. Click **Create Campaign** and select the type of campaign you want to create: - **Pro Campaign:** Send targeted emails, direct mail, or SMS text messages to your customers. You can create one-time or ongoing campaigns that automatically send as new contacts qualify for the audience. Automated campaigns stay live indefinitely and send marketing content to future eligible customers until you manually stop them from running, whereas one-time campaigns are only sent once on a selected date. For both campaign types, you can choose when you want the campaign to launch in the campaign builder. After you launch a campaign, you can manage it on the *Pro Campaigns* page in Marketing Pro. This page shows a list of all your active automated and one-time campaigns. You can also choose to view your archived campaigns. You cannot merge or combine marketing campaigns in Marketing Pro. Instead, you can clone an existing marketing campaign and then make changes as needed. Campaign names need to be no more than 60 characters because longer names were causing display issues in the *Marketing Pro Dashboard* and *Campaigns* screen. #### If I have an active campaign with a name longer than 60 characters, do I need to rename it? No. However, if you want to [clone a campaign](/roofing/docs/manage-marketing-pro-functions) with a name longer than 60 characters, you'll have to shorten the name. #### How can I edit a campaign? You can edit your campaigns in the *Campaign Manager* in Marketing Pro: 1. Go to the navigation bar and click **Marketing**. 2. In the side menu, go to **Campaigns > Campaign Manager**. 3. Find the campaign you want to edit in the list and click **More > Edit**. 4. Make and save your changes. You cannot move campaigns between ServiceTitan accounts. You must manually recreate the campaign in the new account. #### How can I fix campaign restrictions due to account access? The *Can access ServiceTitan marketing Pro module* permission is required to access Marketing Pro and create campaigns.
