# Listen to pre-job briefs with Field Pro in the ServiceTitan Field Mobile App

## Overview

With [Field Pro](/roofing/docs/field-pro-home), you can listen to pre-job briefs directly in the Field Mobile App, powered by [Titan Intelligence (TI)](/v1/docs/titan-intelligence-overview). This helps you prepare for customer interactions, increasing your sales effectiveness and customer satisfaction.

#### Feature configuration

- The Field Mobile App is optimized for iOS, iPadOS, and Android phones and tablets. For more, see [System requirements and mobile app information](/v1/docs/system-requirements).
- If you're using the Field Mobile App and need support, please contact [Technical Support](http://go.servicetitan.com/ask) (through the office) or reach out directly to [support@servicetitan.com](mailto:support@servicetitan.com).
- Account configuration and [office setup](/roofing/docs/field-pro-home) is required to use this feature. Please contact your office for details.
- The *Enable job briefs* permission is required to use this feature. Please contact the account administrator on your team.

## Best practices

- To more efficiently prepare for your job, listen to pre-job briefs while you're driving to the job site.

## Listen to pre-job briefs after dispatching to a job in the Field Mobile App

1. Open your current job and tap **Dispatch**.
2. > **Tip:** If you closed the brief, scroll to the More section on the Job tab and tap the **Play** icon next to **Job Brief** to listen to it.

## Listen to pre-job briefs from the main Home screen in the Field Mobile App

1. Open the Field Mobile App.
2.
