Overview

Launch prebuilt email marketing campaigns tailored to your business with just a few clicks. This saves you valuable time and effort, allowing you to deliver marketing content to your customers with ease.


Who uses this feature

  • Marketing managers, business owners, and other marketers on your team

  • Primarily for Residential Service & Replacement and Commercial Service & Replacement business types

Feature configuration

  • This feature is currently available to a specific set of customers who have not run a campaign yet or a small number of campaigns.

  • To get started with Marketing Pro, request a demo on our Pro Products page, or reach out to your Customer Success Manager (CSM) or Pro Account Manager.

Things to know

  • Each ready-to-launch campaign includes a unique audience and features your logo on the content, ensuring your customers see the familiar branding they trust.

  • A unique tracking number is automatically assigned to each ready-to-launch campaign. Typically, this number will be a local one. If a local number is unavailable, a toll-free number is used instead.

  • After you launch your campaigns, you can track their performance using the built-in marketing analytics. For more, see Use marketing analytics.

  • New ready-to-launch campaigns continue to become available. We recommend checking back regularly to discover and launch any campaigns that may benefit your business.

  • Currently, only ready-to-launch email campaigns are available. We expect to add ready-to-launch Direct Mail and SMS campaigns in the future.

Launch prebuilt campaigns

Launch prebuilt email campaigns tailored to your business with just a few clicks.

  1. Go to Marketing Pro > Campaign Manager.

  2. Click Create Campaign > Autopilot Campaigns

  3. Review the ready-to-launch campaigns selected for your business and make sure your logo appears correctly on the preview cards.        

    Note: Each card shows the campaign's branded content, description, potential reach, and launch date.

         

  4. (Optional) Click View/Edit to view more details about the campaign and make edits if needed. When finished, click Save Changes to return to the Launch Campaigns screen. For more, see the Edit prebuilt campaigns section below.

  5. Select the campaigns that you want to launch.

  6. When ready, click Launch Campaigns to launch your selected campaigns.

  7. If you have Phones Pro, the Add phone numbers to launch campaigns form opens. Select a phone number to target for each campaign in the Assign Number to Target dropdown and then click Confirm.

Your campaigns have launched! You can view their status on the Pro Campaigns screen that opens. For more, see Manage Marketing Campaigns.

Edit prebuilt campaigns

  1. On the Launch Campaigns screen, click View/Edit for the prebuilt campaign you want to update. 

  2. On the screen that opens, review and update the campaign as needed. You can:        

    1. Update the Launch Date for the campaign. By default, the Launch Date is set to today. 

    2. Click Edit    to update the email's message. You can also add merge tags and hyperlinks.

    3. Replace the image. To do this, hover your cursor over the image and select Replace Image

    4. Update the phone number. By default, this is the unique tracking number assigned to the campaign populated using the Phone Number merge tag. This helps track which customers' responses belong to which campaign. 

  3. When finished, click Save Changes to return to the Launch Campaigns screen and launch your updated campaign.        

    Note: You can click Restore Defaults to quickly revert your changes and return the campaign to its original settings.

         

FAQ


Is it possible to edit an Autopilot campaign?

Yes, you can edit Autopilot campaigns before launching them. You can also edit any Autopilot campaigns scheduled to launch on a future date. To do this:

  1. Go to Marketing > Campaigns > Campaign Manager or Pro Campaigns, depending on your version of Marketing Pro.

  2. Select the scheduled campaign in the list.

  3. Click Revert to Draft.

  4. Make your changes and relaunch the campaign.
