Problem

You need to turn off IVR temporarily while Google verifies your phone numbers.

Solution

  1. Go to DialPad.com.

  2. Click Settings > Main Line.

  3. Go to Business Hours Call Routing

  4. Click on Edit Call Routing.

  5. Make sure you are under the Open Hours tab.

  6. Locate Other routing options and select another option. This will temporarily change your call routing from the IVR.

  7. When you need to move it back, click on To an automated response menu.
