Problem
You want to have two office phones ring simultaneously as the fallback options in their Dialpad routing options. However, the current setup only allows for one phone number to be set as the fallback.
Solution
You are only allowed to have one phone number that can be set as the fallback in Dialpad.
To route calls to multiple phones, we suggest using an automated response menu where the caller can press 1 to go to one phone number or press 2 to go to another.
If you want to route calls to a department or call center, set up the Fallback option in Dialpad.
Understand that the Fallback option is only available for main line, departments and call centers in Dialpad.
Use the Fallback option in case no agents are available in the main line, call center or department, so the call will forward to the Fallback routing to avoid missing any calls.
For more information on how Fallback is used with call routing in Dialpad, see Fallback Options.
