# How to gain access to the inventory module

## Problem

Users may not see inventory options. They only see *Replenishment, Purchase Orders, Receipts,* and *Returns* in the *Purchasing* module. This happens because the *Inventory* module is not enabled.

### How to gain access to the inventory module

Account configuration is required to use the Inventory module. Please contact [Technical Support](http://go.servicetitan.com/ask) for details.

If your account is set up and the *Access Purchasing/Inventory Module* permission is enabled in Settings, click **Inventory** or **Purchasing ![](https://cdn.document360.io/961862ab-d0f2-4d91-bb62-a62ee8184eff/Images/Documentation/icon-gnav-inventory-inactive.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-11-01T19%3A50%3A57Z&se=2026-11-01T20%3A50%3A57Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=4TVjD0V%2BqU6%2BP8ZqPSg5AZL5pVT2ioqAXNzMqZaiIxA%3D)** in the navigation bar.

> **Note:** If you only have the Purchasing module enabled, the **Inventory** section in the navigation bar and under Settings is renamed **Purchasing**.
