Find how many batches each employee created

Overview

ServiceTitan lets you look up the batches a specific employee created by searching and filtering by user. This is useful for reviewing batching activity, checking accountability, or auditing who created which batches. Office staff with accounting access can run this lookup in a few clicks without building a custom report.


Who uses this feature

  • Administrators, office employees, managers, accountants, and bookkeepers

  • Applies to all business types

  • Applies to all trades

Feature configuration

  • You need permission to access batching and search in Accounting. Batching permissions are role-based and managed under Settings > People > Role Permissions.

Find batches created by an employee

  1. Go to the top toolbar and click Search A simple icon representing a settings gear..

  2. On the Search screen, click the Search dropdown and select Batch.

  3. In the Filters section, enter the employee's user name in the User dropdown.

  4. Click Search.

  5. Review the resulting table. It shows all the batches created by that user.
