Problem
The agent's phone system is ringing on both ServiceTitan and Dialpad. They want to know how to make sure it only rings on Dialpad.
Solution
Go to dialpad.com/settings and go to your profile page.
Scroll down and click on Your Devices. In the Ring this Device column, select the box next to the name of the device(s) you would like to ring when you receive a call.
Settings are saved automatically after device selection.
