# How to download purchase Orders from the inventory tab with the Date Received field in the Excel file

## Problem

The *Date Received* field is not included in the Excel file when downloading purchase orders from the inventory tab.

## Solution

1. Go to the *Reports* tab in ServiceTitan.
2. Open Purchase Order Line Item report.
3. Choose the desired date range for the report.
4. Select **Date Received** as a column to include in the report.
5. Click **Run Report**.
6. Once the report is generated, click **Download** to save the report as an Excel file.
7. Open the downloaded Excel file to view the purchase orders with the *Date received* field included.
