Problem
A job was created through the Reserve with Google integration. The job remained unassigned and was overlooked by the office staff.
Solution
Go to Settings > Integrations > Marketing Integrations.
Click Edit next to the Reserve with Google integration.
Go to the Availability section to see if Automatically create a job on the Dispatch Board is selected. If it's selected, then the integration will automatically create unassigned jobs instead of booking requests in ServiceTitan.
If you no longer want the integration to create unassigned jobs, deselect Automatically create a job on the Dispatch Board and save your changes.
Now, requests will come in as booking requests for your team to review and book jobs manually.
