How do I track technicians who do multiple installations in one day?

Problem

You need to track when technicians complete more than one installation per day. This information helps calculate performance bonuses.

Workflow Summary

Create a custom Jobs report in ServiceTitan. Filter by completion date and installation types to find multiple jobs per technician.

Create a Jobs report

1. Go to Reports in the main navigation menu.

2. Click Create Report.

3. Under Choose report type, select All.

4. Under Select a report template, select Jobs.
   

5. In the Columns to be displayed in the report section, add the following columns:

   1. Job Type

   2. Job Number

   3. Business Unit

   4. Invoice Number

   5. Completion Date

   6. Primary Technician

6. Add or remove additional columns from your report, then click Next.

7. Give the report a name, select the category where the report displays on the main Reports screen, and provide an optional description for the report.

8. When you're finished, click Save.

9. Use the filters to select which type of date you want to filter on, a time frame for the report, and if you want to filter the report by business unit. Then click Run Report.

10. In the Job Type column, click Filter .

11. Enter in the type of job  you want to see if technicians performed multiple of in one day, then click Filter. For example, if you're trying to see technicians who install multiple ACs per day, filter for AC Install.

12. In the Completion Date column, click Filter .

13. Enter the specific day you want to check, then click Filter.

14. When the column filters update, look for technician names that appear multiple times on the same date.
