How do I send job booking texts to technicians?

Problem

ServiceTitan does not have a direct equivalent to customer booking texts for technicians outside of the Alerts feature.

Solution

Follow the steps below to solve the issue.

Use alerts

  1. Go to the top toolbar and click Settings   .

  2. In the side panel, click Integrations > Alerts.

  3. Set up SMS notifications for technicians.For more, see Use alerts.

Technicians can also manually review their upcoming jobs in ServiceTitan Mobile.
