How do I see recall jobs by technician in my reports?

Problem

You want to run a report that lists the number of recall jobs per technician, but aren't sure how to see that information.

Solution

Workflow Summary

Use the Technician Performance report template and add the Recall Jobs column. This shows recall jobs by individual technician.

Add Recall Jobs column to an existing Technician Performance report

  1. Go to Reports in the main navigation menu.

  2. Click on the Templates filter, then select Technician Performance.

  3. Choose any of the reports that are built off the Technician Performance template. For example, we'll use the Recall % report.

  4. Click Edit Report.

  5. Add the Recall Jobs column, then click Apply.

  6. When you run the report again, the number of recall jobs appear in the Recall Jobs column.

Note: For recall jobs to show in the report, they must be properly marked as recalls in ServiceTitan.

Create a custom Technician Performance report

  1. Go to Reports in the main navigation menu.

  2. Click Create Report.

  3. Under Choose report type, select All.

  4. Under Select a report template, select Technician Performance.

  5. In the Columns to be displayed in the report section, add the following column:

    1. Recall Jobs

  6. Add or remove additional columns from your report, then click Next.

  7. Give the report a name, select the category where the report displays on the main Reports screen, and provide an optional description for the report.

  8. When you're finished, click Save.

  9. Use the filters to select which type of date you want to filter on, a time frame for the report, and if you want to filter the report by business unit. Then click Run Report.

  10. The number of recall jobs appear in the Recall Jobs column.

    Note: For recall jobs to show in the report, they must be properly marked as recalls in ServiceTitan.
