How do I remove a tag from a pricebook item in ServiceTitan?

Problem

You have a tag on a pricebook item that shows up when adding an invoice item. You can't find it in pricebook to remove it.

Solution

You can remove tags from your pricebook items in ServiceTitan by following these steps.

Remove a tag in pricebook

1. Go to the navigation bar and click Pricebook.

2. In the side menu, click Services.

3. Find the service item you need to edit. Use the search bar if necessary.

4. Click Moreand select the View/Edit Service.

5. Click the Workflow tab.

6. Under the When I add this item to an invoice I want it to: section, look for the tag you want to remove.

7. Confirm the removal of the tag.

8. When finished, click Save.
