How do I hide a business unit from the technician scorecard?

Problem

Users need to exclude specific business units or technicians from showing on the Technician Scorecard dashboard. The dashboard shows all technicians by default. There is no automatic way to exclude specific units permanently.

Solution

Manually filter the Dashboard

1. Go to the Technician Scorecard section on the Modular Dashboard.

2. Look for the Business Unit filter at the top of the dashboard.

3. Click on the business unit dropdown menu.

4. Uncheck the business unit you want to exclude from the display.

5. The dashboard will update to hide the selected business unit.

6. Repeat this process for each dashboard where you want to exclude the business unit.

Note: You must manually apply this filter each time you access the dashboard. The filter settings do not save automatically.

Create a custom dashboard

1. Follow the steps to create a custom dashboard.

2. Click Add Module and select the following:        

   1. Module Type: Select Default modules

   2. Select Technician Scorecards.

   3. When you're done, click Add to add the Technician Scorecard to the custom dashboard.

3. Click Custom Filters. 

4. Then select Set Default Values.

5. In the Business Units dropdown, select the BUs you want to display on the Technician Scorecard on your custom dashboard. Make sure not to select the ones you want to exclude. 

6. When you're done, click Save.

7. When you're done creating your custom dashboard, click Save. 

8. Exit the custom dashboard and then re-enter it. You should no longer see the business units you want to exclude from the dashboard displayed.
