Problem
The Dialpad is not routing calls to the correct departments/contact centers.
Solution
In Dialpad, access the Admin Settings to review and adjust the call routing and business hours settings, including any routing configurations for departments or contact centers.
Edit Call Routing
In Dialpad, go to your Admin Settings.
Select Office > Main Line.
Click Business hours & call routing and then select Edit Call Routing.
Check the Routing Options settings.
If the calls are routed to a department/contact center, check the Routing Options for the department or the contact center.
