When a tech creates estimate options for a customer, how can you be notified if the customer decides to proceed with one of the options?
Solution
Create a sold Estimate Alert
To be notified when a customer accepts an estimate, follow these steps:
Go to Settings
.Click on the Integrations section.
Click Alerts.
Click Add.
For Type, select Sold Estimate.
Configure the alert to notify you through email, SMS, or both when an estimate is sold.
Additionally you are able to configure Alerts specific for Online Estimates. You can set alert for when a customer views or accepts an online estimate.
