How can I view job estimates in Google Sheets?

By following these steps, you can view job estimates from ServiceTitan in Google Sheets.

Steps

1. Download the estimate from ServiceTitan.        

   1. Go to the estimate you want to download.

   2. Click the Print Icon in the upper right corner of the estimate.

   3. Click the download button to save the PDF file to your computer.

2. Open Google Drive.        

   1. Go to Google Drive.

   2. Click New to add a new file.

3. Upload the PDF file to Google Drive.        

   1. Choose the PDF file you downloaded from ServiceTitan.

   2. Upload the file to your Google Drive.

4. Open the uploaded file in Google Drive.        

   1. Find the PDF file you just uploaded.

   2. Click on the file to select it.

5. Convert the PDF to a Google Docs format.        

   1. Click the Open with option at the top.

   2. Choose Google Docs from the list.

6. Select and copy the data in Google Docs.        

   1. Highlight the data you need from the opened document.

   2. Right-click and select "Copy" or use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+C (Cmd+C on Mac).

7. Open Google Sheets and paste the data.        

   1. Go to Google Sheets and open a new spreadsheet.

   2. Click on the cell where you want to start pasting the data.

   3. Right-click and select "Paste" or use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+V (Cmd+V on Mac).
