Introduction
Group and filter reports by service call codes so you can see which codes are most used.

You want to know if there’s a way to track and analyze service call codes in reports.

Workflow Summary
Start by creating a custom report that includes the Item Code data field. Report templates that include Item Code include:
Invoice Items
Invoice Items by Technician
Inventory Line Items
Customer Memberships
Recurring Service Events
Aggregate Inventory Stock
Aggregate Inventory Stock Report for Serialized Items
After you create and run the report:
Group by Item Code
Drag the Item Code column to the area above the report that says Drag a column header and drop it here to group by that column.
This groups the report by each item code, showing totals for each code.
Filter by Item Code
Click the Filter icon on the Item Code column.
Enter the item number in the Contains box and then click Filter.
The report shows how many of that item code were used on that line item and the total number used in the report.
