How can I set up an alert or email notification to notify me when a customer books a job through the Scheduling Pro widget?

Problem

Jobs booked through Scheduling Pro go to the unassigned list without notification. This requires constant monitoring of unassigned jobs.

Solution

Follow the steps below to solve the issue.

Set up a Booked Job alert

  1. Go to the top toolbar and click Settings.

  2. In the side panel, click Integrations > Alerts. For more, see Use alerts.

  3. Click Add.

  4. Select the Booked Job option as the alert type.

  5. Select your preferred delivery method.

  6. Add recipients for the alert.

  7. Add filters if needed.

  8. Add a tag that matches your Scheduling Pro default tag.        

    Note: Check the list and add any missing tag types. For more, see Add tag types.

  9. Click Save.

  10. Test the alert by creating a booking through your Scheduling Pro widget.
