How can I remove old logos from Pricebook items?

Problem

Users find that after deleting old logos from individual Pricebook items and services, they still appear in ServiceTitan Mobile. This happens because the logos are also attached to the categories.

Solution

Completely remove old logos from your Pricebook items and services in ServiceTitan, ensuring your new branding is consistent across your services.

Delete logos from categories in ServiceTitan

  1. Go to the navigation bar and click Pricebook.

  2. In the side panel, click Categories.

  3. Look for the categories where your old logo might still be in use.        

    Tip: Check the Mobile View of your services category.

  4. When you find a category with the old logo, click Moreand select Edit Additional Details.

  5. In the window that opens, look for the image or logo you want to remove.

  6. Delete the old logo from the category.

  7. Repeat these steps for each category that has the old logo.

  8. After removing the logos from all relevant categories, check ServiceTitan Mobile to ensure the old logos are no longer visible.
