Problem
You need to get the Next Door integration with ServiceTitan but cannot find setup information.
Solution
Workflow Summary
Contact Next Door and give them your ServiceTitan Tenant ID. Find your Tenant ID in Settings under API Application Access. Then follow the steps to connect to the application.
Establish the integration
Contact Next Door to start the integration process.
In ServiceTitan, go to Settings in the top toolbar.
Select API Application Access.
Find the Tenant ID box.

Copy your Tenant ID.
Provide your Tenant ID to Next Door to complete the integration.
Once the application is added from the Next Door team, go to Settings > API Application Access and click Connect New App.
Select the Next Door option and then click Connect.
Generate the Client ID and Secret using the application, and share it with the Next Door team to establish the integration.
