Problem

You need to find the average on hold time for calls using Phones Pro and Dialpad.

Solution

You can view the average wait time for calls in the Analytics section of your dashboard in Dialpad.

View average wait time for calls

  1. In Dialpad, go to the Analytics section of your dashboard.

  2. Filter the dashboard to show analytics for the Call Center.

  3. Select the Queue tab in the Analytics section.
