Problem
You need to create a scheduled estimates report that automatically emails daily summaries to inside sales staff for follow-up on previous day estimates
Solution
Workflow Summary
Create an estimates report in ServiceTitan and use the schedule feature. Set up daily email delivery to your sales team.
Create a custom report
Go to Reports in the main navigation menu.
Click Create Report.
Under Choose report type, select All.
Under Select a report template, select Estimates.

Add or remove additional columns from your report, then click Next.
Give the report a name, select the category where the report displays on the main Reports screen, and provide an optional description for the report.
When you're finished, click Save.
Schedule the report
Go to Reports in the main navigation menu.
Search for and select the report you created and want to send to your sales team.
When the report opens, click More
next to the report name. Then, click Schedule. 
On the Select a report type screen that opens, select Schedule Flexible Report.

On the next screen, add an email subject, the format of the report (PDF or XLSX), and select the filters for the report. When you're done, click Next.
On the next screen, add the recipients of the scheduled report, then click Next. You can select recipients by business unit or select individual recipients.
On the next screen, set up how frequently you want the report sent, then click Next.
You can then add additional column filtering to the report if needed. When you're done, click Schedule.
The report will then be sent to your desired recipients on the schedule you set.
