The GL account needs to change to an income GL account. ## Solution Follow the steps below to ensure the invoice amount is reflected as revenue on the dashboard. The key is to link the invoice items to an income account, so they count toward revenue. ### Change the GL Account for Imported Default Service items 1. Go to the navigation bar and click **Pricebook**. 2. Use the search bar to find the *Imported Default Service* item. 3. If the item does not appear, it might be deactivated. 4. Add a filter to include deactivated items in your search by clicking **Filters** to open the *Filters* screen. 5. Select the **Inactive** option, then click **Apply**. 6. When you find the *Imported Default Service* item, edit the item. 7. Change the GL account to an income account. 8. Save your changes. ### Reactivate a deactivated item 1. Go to the navigation bar and click **Pricebook**. 2. Add a filter to include deactivated items in your search. 3. Find the **Imported Default Service** item. 4. Select the item you want to edit, click **Actions,** and select the **View/Edit** option. 5. Select **Activate** to reactivate the item. > [!NOTE] > **Note:** You can edit the GL account of an item even if it's deactivated. However, the GL account must be active, while the item in pricebook can remain inactive. A batch, or invoice batch, is a set of invoices that have been audited and are ready to post. You will use the Invoice screen in ServiceTitan to create invoice batches. On the Invoice screen, you'll have access to unbatched and batched invoices.
