Headset Issues in ServiceTitan

Problem

The headset is not working properly for all employees. They complain that they cannot hear the customers and vice versa.

Solution

  1. Check the physical connection of the headset to the computer.

  2. Check the headset battery level and that it is turned on.

  3. Ensure that the headset is selected as the default audio device in the computer or phone settings.

  4. Check the volume settings of the headset and adjust them if necessary.

  5. Restart the computer and test the headset again.

  6. If the issue persists, try using a different headset to determine if the problem is with the original headset or the computer or phone.

  7. Reach out to Technical Support if you've tried the above and the issue persists.
