Find Out Who Added a Phone Number to the Phone Number List in Phones Pro

Problem

You are not an Admin and want to know who added a phone number to the phone number list in Phones Pro.

Solution

1. Log in to Phones Pro.

2. Go to the Admin section.

3. Check who from your company has an Admin role. Admins are able to see which user profile added the number and the date it was added on.

4. Communicate with them about the phone number to know who added it.

Note: If the action was performed more than 14 days ago, the data is not kept on the backend. In this case, the best way to find out who added the phone number is to communicate with your coworkers.
