This occurs even though the information was copied from the Inventory on Hand report and the transfer template was downloaded from the transfer screen. ## Solution 1. Open the Excel file containing the inventory transfer information. 2. Locate the column containing the units of measure. 3. Delete the information in the units of measure column. 4. Save the Excel file. 5. In ServiceTitan, go to the navigation bar and select **Inventory > Transfer**. 6. On the *Transfers* screen, select **Create New > Import a Template**. 7. Select the updated Excel file and click **Open** to import the inventory transfer.
