You can customize the legal terms employees agree to when signing off on their payroll and timesheets at the end of each pay period.

Who uses this feature?

  • Administrators

Edit payroll legal terms

When employees approve their payroll and timesheets in ServiceTitan Mobile, they sign off on the legal terms for that pay period. Administrators can edit and overwrite the default legal verbiage:

  1. Go to the top toolbar and click SettingsA simple icon representing a settings gear. .

  2. In the side panel, go to People > Payroll.

  3. In the Legal Terms section, click Edit.

  4. Edit the text as needed.

    Tip: To restore the default approval language, click Revert to the original.

  5. When you’re done, click Save.
