Edit and cancel purchase orders in ServiceTitan Mobile

Overview

After a job purchase order (PO) is created, technicians can edit the PO when it has a status of Pending.


Who uses this feature

Feature configuration

  • Account configuration is required to use this feature. Please contact Technical Support for details.

  • Permission is required to use this feature. Please contact the account administrator on your team.

Edit a PO in ServiceTitan Mobile

  1. From the Dashboard, tap All Jobs.

  2. Select the job that includes the PO you want to edit.

  3. Tap View Job. The job record opens.

  4. From the side menu, tap Invoice.

  5. On the Invoice page that opens, tap Purchase orders.A cursor tapping Purchase Order on the Invoice screen.The Purchase orders page opens.

  6. Tap More > Edit.A cursor tapping the More icon.

  7. On the Edit Purchase Order page that opens, update the PO's details.

  8. When you're done, tap Save.A cursor tapping Save to save PO changes.

Cancel a Purchase order in ServiceTitan Mobile

  1. From the Dashboard, tap All Jobs.

  2. Select the job that includes the PO you want to cancel.

  3. Tap View Job. The job record opens.

  4. From the side menu, tap Invoice.

  5. On the Invoice page that opens, tap Purchase Order. The Purchase Order page opens.

  6. Tap More > Cancel.A cursor tapping cancel from the More dropdown field.

  7. On the verification pop-up message, tap Cancel.

The PO is canceled.
