Download bills, credits and payments

Overview

Download bills, credits, and payments to one or more XLSX files, which you can use to analyze Payables data in depth. Each XLSX file includes various data including vendor information, part details, costs, payment status, and more.


Who uses this feature

  • Administrators, office employees, managers, accountants, and bookkeepers

  • Applies to all business types

  • Applies to all trades

Feature configuration

  • Account configuration is required to use this feature. Please contact Technical Support for details.

  • The Purchasing Module is required to use this feature.

  • Permission is required to use this feature. Please contact the account administrator on your team.

Things to know

Download one or more bills

  1. Go to the navigation bar and click Accounting.

  2. In the side panel, click Bills.

  3. Click a status tab, such as Unreconciled or Discrepancy Identified, depending on the bills you want to analyze.

  4. Mark each bill that you want to download.

    Tip: To select all bills on the screen, select the checkbox at the top of the table.

  5. Click Download and select one of the following options:

    1. Download XLSX: Download bills as separate XLSX files based on vendor.

    2. Download XLSX (Single File): Download all bills in one XLSX file.

The bills download to your computer either as a ZIP file that includes separate XLSX files or as one XLSX file, depending on the option you selected. Open the XLSX files to analyze the bill data.

Download one or more credits

  1. Go to the navigation bar and click Accounting.

  2. In the side panel, click Credits.

  3. Click a status tab, such as Unreconciled or Canceled, depending on the credits you want to analyze.

  4. Mark each credit that you want to download.

  5. Click Download and select one of the following options:

    1. Download XLSX: Download credits as separate XLSX files based on vendor.

    2. Download XLSX (Single File): Download all credits in one XLSX file.

Open the XLSX files to analyze the credit data.

Download one or more payments

  1. Go to the navigation bar and click Accounting.

  2. In the side panel, click Payments.

  3. Click a status tab, such as Unpaid or Ready for Approval, depending on the payments you want to analyze.

  4. Mark each payment that you want to download.

    Tip: To select all payments on the screen, select the checkbox at the top of the table.

  5. Click Download and select one of the following options:

    1. Download XLSX: Download payments as separate XLSX files based on vendor.

    2. Download XLSX (Single File): Download all payments in one XLSX file.

Open the XLSX files to analyze the payment data.
