DialPad Call Control Feature Interfering with Screen View

Problem

The updated DialPad version has a new call control feature that pops up from the bottom of the screen and interferes with your screen view. The action buttons are not visible on your screen layout.

Solution

The previous version cannot be restored. To adjust screen layout:

1. Go to DialPad settings.

2. Click on Preferences, then select Other Settings.

3. Uncheck off the Make call controls and integrations persistent while on a call option.

4. The changes auto save, so you can exit the settings.

5. The call control feature no longer interferes with the screen view.
