Overview

This report provides a summary of main KPIs. Each KPI is broken down by current date, current week, previous week, current month, previous month, and year-to-date. Most data is based on job completion dates.

Common uses for this report

  • Use this report to view service requests, revenue, job average, jobs completed, recalls, conversion rate, and other KPI data.

Things to know

  • We recommend using the Daily Huddle built-in report for enhanced customization, consistent KPIs, and improved scheduling and filtering options.

How to find this report

  1. Click Reports in the main navigation menu.

  2. On the Reports screen that opens, click Legacy Reports.

  3. In the Search field, search for Daily Huddle.

  4. Click the report name. Then you will be able to set filters and run the report.

Report filters

Business Units

Filter by job business units. This report can be run by a single business unit or all business units.

Date

Filter by date. Use the calendar to select a date.

View or download the report

Click Update to view the report.

The report can be downloaded in three different formats:

  • Download PDF

  • Export to Excel (*.xlsx) (click the dropdown arrow next to Download PDF)

  • Export to Comma separated (*.csv) (click the dropdown arrow next to Download PDF)

Explanation of report columns

The report includes the following columns:

Today      

Date of the report. This is the date entered in the Date field when you run the report.

Wtd

Week-to-date (the current business week). Includes the most recent Monday through the set report date.

Last Week

Includes the full week, Monday through Sunday, before the week of the set report date.

Mtd

Month to date. Includes the first of the month of the set report date through the set report date.

Last Month

Includes the entire month before the set report date. For example, if the set report date is February 5, the report includes data for the entire month of January.

Ytd

Year-to-date. Includes the first of the year of the set report date through the set report date.

Explanation of report rows

This report includes the following rows:

Service Requests
                   

Number of jobs created within the date range that are not No Charge (the job does not have to be completed):  Today, Week-to-Date, Last Week, Month-to-Date, Last Month, Year-to-Date.  Service requests are booked convertible jobs (the job does not have to be completed).

Jobs Cancelled
                   

Number of jobs scheduled to start in the date range that are now cancelled (excludes No Charge jobs):  Today, Week-to-Date, Last Week, Month-to-Date, Last Month, Year-to-Date.

Jobs Completed
                   

Number of jobs completed in the date range (excludes No Charge jobs with $0 subtotal): Today, Week-to-Date, Last Week, Month-to-Date, Last Month, Year-to-Date.

Revenue
                   

Income from jobs in the Jobs Completed row:  Today, Week-to-Date, Last Week, Month-to-Date, Last Month, Year-to-Date.

Calculation - Revenue: [Sum of income items from [Jobs Completed]]

Job Avg
                   

Job average.  Average invoice total for completed jobs:  Today, Week-to-Date, Last Week, Month-to-Date, Last Month, Year-to-Date.

Calculation - Job Avg:  [Total invoice totals for [Jobs Completed]] / [Jobs Completed]

Job Avg No Estimates
                   

Job average, excluding estimates.  Average invoice total of completed jobs, excluding estimates (completed jobs that fall below the sold threshold):   Today, Week-to-Date, Last Week, Month-to-Date, Last Month, Year-to-Date.

Calculation - Job Avg No Estimates: [Sum of invoice totals for ([Jobs Completed] - [Estimates])] / ([Jobs Completed] - [Estimates])

How to configure - Sold threshold:  By default, sold threshold is set at $0. To adjust your sold threshold, go to Settings > Job Types > Edit Job Type. Enter your threshold in the Sold Threshold field, then click Save.

Goal
                   

Revenue goal for the date range: Today, Week-to-Date, Last Week, Month-to-Date, Last Month, Year-to-Date.

Calculation - Goal:  [Daily Goal] x [# of days in the date range]

How to configure - Goal:  To set your daily revenue goal, navigate to Settings > Business Units > Edit Business Unit.  Enter your daily revenue goal in the Goal field, then click Save.

Pace
                   

Revenue pace:  Week-to-Date, Month-to-Date, Year-to-Date.  Pace is calculated from prorated current revenue figures.

Calculation - Pace, Wtd (Revenue pace, Week-to-Date):  ([Wtd Revenue] / [Number of days that have passed in the current week, as of the date of the report]) *7.

Calculation - Pace, Mtd (Revenue pace, Month-to-Date):  ([Mtd Revenue] / [Number of days that have passed in the current month, as of the date of the report]) *(Number of days in the current month).

Calculation - Pace, Ytd (Revenue pace, Year-to-Date):  ([Ytd Revenue] / [Number of days that have passed in the current year, as of the date of the report]) *365.

Estimates
                   

Number of completed jobs whose total falls below the sold threshold: Today, Week-to-Date, Last Week, Month-to-Date, Last Month, Year-to-Date.

Recalls
                   

Number of Recall jobs completed in the date range:  Today, Week-to-Date, Last Week, Month-to-Date, Last Month, Year-to-Date.

No Charges
                   

Number of No Charge jobs completed in the date range:  Today, Week-to-Date, Last Week, Month-to-Date, Last Month, Year-to-Date.

Conversion Rate
                   

Job conversion rate.  This percentage will tell you how many jobs were converted by technicians, out of all jobs that were completed.  If a technician completes a job whose total that falls below the sold threshold, the job conversion rate will be reduced accordingly.

Calculation - Conversion Rate:  ([Jobs Completed] - [Estimates]) / [Jobs Completed] * 100

Replacement Rate
                   

Percentage of jobs with an invoice total greater than $3,000.00.

Calculation - Replacement rate:[Jobs Completed whose Total >= 3000] / [Jobs Completed] * 100
