This generates detailed material and labor costs, enabling you to close deals faster. --- ### #### Who uses this feature - Technicians - Primarily for Residential Service business types #### Feature configuration - The Field Mobile App is optimized for iOS, iPadOS, and Android phones and tablets. Please contact your office for details. ## Things to know - [Spec-based estimate templates](/roofing/docs/set-up-spec-based-estimate-templates) can be used by all trades, but the workflow and formula functions are purpose-built to support roofing and exterior workflows. - [Spec-based estimate templates](/roofing/docs/set-up-spec-based-estimate-templates) conduct calculations and automatically generate a list of required materials and costs. ## Create a spec-based estimate from a form in the Field Mobile App 1. Open the job and tap the **Forms** tab. 2. If the form includes measurements, ensure they're correct.
