Create Marketing Campaign in ServiceTitan

Overview

Create a Marketing Campaign in ServiceTitan

1. Go to the navigation bar and click Settings .

2. In the side panel, click Operations > Campaigns.

3. On the Campaign screen that opens, click Add.
   

4. On the Add a Campaign screen that opens, enter the following information:

   1. In the Name field, enter:

      • ‘Trane Phone Call Leads’ if you are a Trane Dealer.

      • American Standard Phone Call Leads’ if you are an American Standard Dealer.

   2. (Optional) From the Category dropdown, select Lead Aggregator/Referral.

   3. Leave the Business Unit field blank.

   4. Leave the Advertised Number field blank.

   5. From the Source Medium dropdown, select Other.In the Other field that appears, enter:

      • ‘Trane Phone Call Leads’ if you are a Trane Dealer

      • ‘American Standard’ if you are an American Standard Dealer

   6. From the Medium dropdown, select Other.

   7. In the Other field, enter Other.
      

5. Click the Plus icon to upload the campaign image:

   1. On the Upload Campaign Image pop-up that opens, click Choose File.

      Note: Download these logos to use in your marketing campaign. To save the image, simply right-click and select Save Image As.

      • American Standard logo:
        

      • Trane logo:
        

   2. Select the file from your device and click Upload.
      

6. When finished, click Save.
