Things to know
If you only have the Purchasing module enabled, the Inventory section in the navigation bar is renamed Purchasing.
Item Requisitions screen overview
The Item Requisitions screen includes detailed information about item requisitions.

To efficiently navigate and manage the table, follow these steps:
Filter the list using the filtering options above the table. For more, see Filter the items on the table later in this topic.
Use the Search field to find a specific item.
Organize the table by clicking on a column header.

Click Quantity to Order, the Items Overview > Item screen opens showing item details.

Filter the items on the table
The Item Requisitions screen includes a number of pre-made filters. These let you search by Date Needed By, Type, or Job. Click a filter type, enter your filter, and click Apply.

For more detailed targeting, you can create your filter:
Click Filter
.On the Filters pop-up window that opens, use the dropdowns and fields to set your table filters.
When finished, click Apply.
To remove the filter, click Filter
. On the Filters pop-up window that opens, click Reset All.
Manage Item Requisitions
To procure items from the Items Requisition screen:
Go to the navigation bar and click Purchasing or Inventory
.In the side menu, click Requisition > Item.
On the Item Requisition screen that opens, select the item you want to procure and click Create.

On the Create Transaction screen that opens, do one of the following:
Create: To create a Purchase Order in a Pending status.
Create and Send POs: To create a Purchase Order in a Pending status and send it to vendors.

If you select Create and Send POs, on the Send Purchase Order screen that opens:
From the Format dropdown, select the format you want to use to send the PO to vendors, then click Next.

From the Vendor Receipts dropdown field, select the vendor you want to send the PO to.
(Optional) From the Internal Recipients dropdown field, select the internal recipient you want.
When finished, click Send.

To edit items:
Go to the navigation bar and click Purchasing or Inventory
.In the side menu, click Requisition > Item.
On the Item Requisition screen that opens, select the item you want to edit and click Edit.
You can update Inventory Location, Procurement Source, and Business Unit.
Make necessary updates and click Confirm
